These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by AcaThesisEditors. By requesting or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

AcaThesisEditors provides academic editing services only. Services include proofreading, language editing, formatting checks, and consistency reviews.

We do not write academic content, add references, conduct research, or complete assessments on behalf of clients.

2. Client Responsibility

The client remains the sole author of the submitted document and is fully responsible for the academic content, originality, and compliance with university regulations.

3. Delivery of Work

Edits are delivered using Track Changes and/or comments. The client decides which edits to accept or reject.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates based on word count and service level. Delays caused by late submissions, incomplete files, or unclear instructions are not our responsibility.

5. Payments

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. In most cases, work starts after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AcaThesisEditors is not responsible for academic outcomes, grades, examiner decisions, or institutional penalties.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
