Revisions

If you believe an agreed service has not been delivered, you may request a revision within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are limited to the original scope of work.

Refunds

Refunds are considered only if the service was not delivered as agreed. Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, missed deadlines due to late submission, or dissatisfaction with academic outcomes.

Partial Refunds

If work has already begun, refunds may be partial and proportional to completed work.

Non-Refundable Services

Completed editing services are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of verified service failure.
